According to the provincial Department of Science and Technology, those who are excellent students at senior high schools and students who successfully pass university entrance exams with the minimum mark of 22, and those who scored high prizes in the national contests for gifted students can take part in the program with an annual sponsored fee of US$35,000 per student. Participants have to commit their long-term working in Dong Nai after graduation.
