Earlier, DoET and Vietnam-America English Center had organized a seminar to seek the measures for supplementing the training of teaching and linguistics capacity for local teachers under the national project of teaching and learning English from through 2020.
The seminar drew the participation of over 80 teachers from primary and high schools, and continuing education centers in Bien Hoa city.
