At the event, which was held by Bien Hoa city’s Former Political Prisoners Liaison Board, VND420 million were mobilized from organizations and individuals in the province to help the former political prisoners.
Also at the art performance, two special SIM cards were auctioned off to donate money for Bien Hoa city’s Former Political Prisoners Liaison Board.
