The scholarships worth VND1 million each are part of the “Blossoming Buds” program.
The 2014 Blossoming Buds program with total funding of VND1 billion will give 1,000 scholarships to kindergarteners whose parents are working at industrial zones in HCM city, Binh Duong and Dong Nai.
