(ĐN)- Dong Nai Police Department on June 23 called on local police force to raise the Fund “For the Beloved Truong Sa”.
The policemen voluntarily contributed one day of their salary, worth over VND389 million, on the first day of a campaign in support of officers, soldiers and people serving in island areas.
The money will be handed over to the High Command of Navy Region 2 to improve officers and soldiers’ living conditions in Truong Sa island.
The campaign is going to be expanded to all localities across the province.
