The four hardest hit communes were Xuan Dong in Cam My district, Vinh Thanh in Nhon Trach, Trung Hoa and Giang Dien in Trang Bom district.
A ten-year-old child was injured when a whirlwind hit Chinh Nghia hamlet, Vinh Thanh commune, Nhon Trach on May 8.
