(ĐN)- The Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange (VAVA) recently launched a program on assisting AO victims by sending the message “DACAM” to the national humanitarian portal (1409). Each message sent will contribute 18,000 VND towards AO victims.
The program will last until September 4, aiming to mobilize resources to help AO sufferers, build charity houses and care centres providing rehabilitation and vocational training for AO victims, give scholarships and employment support to AO victims and their children.
In 2011, VAVA funded VND600 million to Dong Nai provincial AO Victims' Association from the same program.
