Teams from Dong Nai and four other cities and provinces bagged the first prize.
More than 2,000 children tookl part in contests in arts, aerobic and painting events during the festival.
The festival offered an opportunity for people of Children’s Palaces and Chidren’s Houses across the country to share experiences in organising activities and building movements.
