With this situation, Dong Nai could find it difficult to reach its target of issuing health insurance cards for the whole population in the province by 2014. The Dong Nai Health Department is working closely with the province’s Social Insurance agency to intensify propaganda activities to encourage local residents to buy health insurance cards.
