(ĐN)- Xuan Loc district organized the first blood donation day in 2011 at Xuan Tho high school in the district.
More than 120 teachers, students, youth members and local people took part in this socially meaningful event, which was co-organized by Xuan Loc district’s Red Cross Chapter and Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre.
Xuan Loc sets a goal to collect more than 1,000 units of blood in 2011. From now until the end of January, the chapter will continue to launch two humanitarian blood donation campaigns at Xuan Loc and Xuan Hung high schools.
