VND110 million to help blind people to develop household economy

Blind members on behalf of their children receive scholarships .

With the aims of improving the living standards of its members and blind people, the association offered loans totaling VND110 million to 19 members to develop household economy, provided vocational training courses and created jobs for poor members.

At the conference, Dong Nai Blind People’s Association presented certificates of merit to 11 individuals and awarded 11 scholarships each worth VND500,000-1.5 million to its members’ children who got high academic achievements.
