(ĐN)- More than 200 teachers and students donated blood for humanity on Jan 4 at the Tri An high school in Vinh Cuu district, all showing their desire at the blood donation day to save lives including those unable to give blood on health reasons.
The event was organized by Vinh Cuu district’s Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre.
About 149 blood units were collected and provided to hospitals
The organizers will continue to hold a blood donation day on Jan 28 at Huynh Van Nghe school in Vinh Cuu district.
