ĐN)- To diversify tourism products, Dong Nai and HCM City will coordinate to survey a new tourist route traveling up the Sai Gon River to Dong Nai River early next month, according to Tourism Promotion Centre under Dong Nai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In particular, the tourism authorities will focus on exploring Tan Mai floating fishing village, Ba Xe isle, Nguyen Huu Canh Temple, Dai Giac and Ong pagodas, etc.As known, HCM city officials discussed another river tour linking the citys centre, Binh Duong Province, and Cu Chi District. A report prepared by the tourism department after a survey in July said the medium-length river tour has high potential owing to the beautiful scenery and attractions along the route.
The route would start from Bach Dang Wharf, take in Thanh Da-Binh Quoi and then Binh Duong Provinces craft villages before ending at the historic Cu Chi Tunnels.
