(ĐN)- In spite of facing many difficulties and challenges, thanks to creative management by local authorities, party committees and efforts by people, Xuan Loc district has seen stable economic growth over the recent years, with an average annual GDP growth rate of more than 12.64 percent and a per capita GDP of over VND18.9 million ($1,041.5) in 2009
(ĐN)- In spite of facing many difficulties and challenges, thanks to creative management by local authorities, party committees and efforts by people, Xuan Loc district has seen stable economic growth over the recent years, with an average annual GDP growth rate of more than 12.64 percent and a per capita GDP of over VND18.9 million ($1,041.5) in 2009, 12.5 times higher than the figure of 1991. In the past time, the district has made reasonable efforts to develop farm economy. Xuan Loc is now home to 809 farms, 203 high-productivity clubs, 7 high-productivity club unions and 21 cooperatives.
Besides, the district has established an industrial park, four industrial groups and an agricultural-industrial complex.

Until now, Xuan Loc raised more than VND16 billion to build more than 1,600 gratitude and charity houses to policy beneficiaries, poor households and ethnic minority families, provide land for production and fresh water to poor ethnic people; 100% of the communes reach national standards on health.
The district has reduced the rate of poor households to 2.44% through its efforts in providing preferential capital, vocational training and jobs to help poor people to increase their income.
