(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Red Cross Association has organised a blood donation campaign to respond to the 2010 Red Spring Festival launched by the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in order to promptly provide enough blood for the treatment of patients after the Lunar New Year festival.
(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Red Cross Association has organised a blood donation campaign to respond to the 2010 Red Spring Festival launched by the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in order to promptly provide enough blood for the treatment of patients after the Lunar New Year festival.
The Association have collected 7,000 units of blood from voluntary donors across the province from the Lunar New Year Festival until March 30. This figure exceeded the target by nearly 3,000 units of blood, representing 45 per cent of the year’s plan.
The campaign witnessed the participation of a large number of volunteers in the province who are officials, state employees and youth union members.
