The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 27 at the province’s Sport-Culture Complex.

The event will open with the fashion show and the masquerade. Together with other places in Dong Nai, the province’s Sport-Culture Complex will switch off all lights for one hour between 8:30 and 9:30 pm on March 27. Numerous young people in Bien Hoa city, local youth union members, pupils and students across the province will be involved in this event.
