(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) has just held a meeting to review its activities in the past five years (2005-2009 period) and deploy tasks for 2010.
The department’s leaders and employees made necessary efforts to fulfill set targets for 2005-2009 period. Accordingly, over the past five years, the department solved jobs for 428,062 laborers, achieving 107.5 of the target; providing long-term vocational training courses to more than 234,000 people; reducing the rate of poor households (according to new standard) to 8.95 percent; taking care of policy families and revolutionary contributors.
This year, the department will strive to enhance the patriotic emulation movement and successfully implement tasks for 2010.
On this occasion, the provincial People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit to 23 collectives and 48 individuals for their excellent achievements in the patriotic movement.
