(ĐN)- Vinh Cuu district’s Study Promotion Association has just organized a ceremony to award “Giving Strength to Students” scholarships totaling VND108 million to 83 students who had good results in their study and good morals.
From 2005 until now, the association presented 131 scholarships worth VND471 million to local poor students.
