(ĐN)- Trang Bom district’s Social Policy Bank on Nov. 25 provided loans worth VND600 million for 145 poor students in Quang Tien commune who are studying at universities, colleges and intermediate schools. The loans aim to help them cover their school fees and living costs.
So far, the bank has disbursed VND35.7 billion for over 3,600 student loans.
According to plan, the district’s bank will continue to offer loans worth nearly VND1.5 bil for 232 poor students in Hung Thinh, Bau Ham and Dong Hoa.
