(DN)-On Nov 13, Long Thanh district’s study promotion association held a ceremony to award 190 scholarships to poor students with good academic results in the school year of 2008-2009.
At the ceremony, the organizing board granted scholarships valued at VND600,000- 1.5 mil each to the students.
From the beginning of the year until now, the association gave scholarships and gifts, including school bags and notebooks, worth nearly VND1 bil to local studious poor students
