Accordingly, the provincial state agencies have raised funds with staff each committing at least on day of salary. Particularly, Bien Hoa city’s Office of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs mobilized VND141 million.
The money will be used to offer free heart and eyes surgeries, provide vocational training to poor children
