(ĐN)- Recently, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Huynh Thi Nghia signed a cooperation agreement with Plan International, a Dutch non-governmental organization, to carry out a project to help juvenile offenders re-integrate into the community and prevent others from violating the law.
Under the agreement, the Plan International will donate VND1.2 billion to Dong Nai province’s project.
The project will be deployed at Bien Hoa city and Long Khanh town.
