During its two-day stay in the province, the delegation visited shelters and vocational training centres for disabled children.
The visit aimed to help the fund work out programmes in accordance with the assistance given out by international deformity experts to improve the lives of disabled children in the province.
Dong Nai has 3,400 handicapped children, of which 1,159 are Agent Orange/dioxin victims.
