In order to meet the students’ need of learning English, the foreign language center has opened a new facility in Long Binh Tan ward, the center’s third facility in Dong Nai.
Mr. Pham Minh Duc, a representative of Department of Education and Training, said that Dong Nai is one of four localities nationwide signed a memorandum of understanding on educational cooperation with Cambridge ESOL.
