(ĐN)- On January 18, the provincial Fatherland Front Committee in cooperation with Xuan Loc Bishop Office presented 100 Tet gifts worth a total of more than VND10 million to Center for Disabled Children in Bien Hoa city’s Binh Da ward. The center is home to 76 deaf-and-dumb children. The center not only provide primary education but also offer vocational training to disable children, help them integrate the community.
