The parish hamlet of Loc Lam suddenly brightens to make up a sparkling, illusory, and twinkling huge cobweb at night. The church sparkles with lights. Everything near and around the church take a neat, clean and fresh look with lots of decorated flowers for the holiday season.

Priest Phan Van Hoang in the parish of Loc Lam said that he felt very happy when knowing that Loc Lam parish was voted as one of the ten best architectural sites in Dong Nai on the occasion of the 310th anniversary of Bien Hoa-Dong Nai region and he want to share happiness with everyone in the province.
During the past 20 years, Priest Phan Van Hoang has encouraged the parishioners to actively participate in social and charitable activities as well as to obey the law in the course of serving God for the sake of the nation.
