(ĐN)- Being one of poor households in Xuan Loc district’s Xuan Bac commune, Mr Quang’s family has six people, including four children, and lived in difficult circumstance. In 2005, he received a loan worth VND7 million from the district’s Social Policy Bank. With his start-up capital, he invested in breeding pigs and paid the loan off in the short time. After that, he was provided a loan worth VND15 million for cultivation crops diversification. Thanks to the efforts to overcome difficulties, his family escaped poverty and had a stable fife. Last year, his family achieved a profit of VND52 million.
