So to attract human resources, Dong Nai Health Department drafted a project to provide preferential allowance levels for doctors and pharmacists. Accordingly, the medical doctors and pharmacists in the hospitals will enjoy a preferential allowance of 8- 40 million VND. As known, the project will be submitted at the upcoming 13th meeting of the 7th-term Dong Nai province People’s Council.
