(ĐN)- On June 19, Department of Education and Training held a conference to review ten years of implementing the fifth Central Resolution on raising quality and effect of the task of building new Vietnamese people in the period of 1998-2008.
During the past ten years, the education sector held conferences to raise public awareness of Central Resolution No.5. Accordingly, it set up many action programs to train professional staff, excellent teachers and students.
