(ĐN)- 100 couples and their children throughout the province took part in a cooking contest held by Dong Nai province Women’s Union at the province’s cultural and sports complex on July 7. The event which was sponsored by Cai Lan Oils and Fats Industries Co. is designed to promote the cultural traditions and convey a message that familial ties with children should be strengthened through family meals.
Contestants were required to use ingredients costing VND70,000 and make the meal for four people within 60 minutes.

The first prize of the cooking contest went to Nguyen Thi Hong Anh and her husband Nguyen Dinh Hung from Tan Tien ward in Bien Hoa city.
