(ĐN)- On June 5, a meeting to mark the World Environment Day (June 5) was held in Nhon Trach district by Dong Nai Province Farmers’ Association with the attendance of Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Ao Van Thinh, the representatives of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, agencies, branches and farmers from communes of Long Thanh district.

The meeting’s purpose was call on the people to respond to the World Environment Day by actively taking part in the country’s movement to keep the environment green, clean and beauty. It also aimed to raise public awareness on protecting natural resources, water resources and environment.
