(ĐN)- In the morning of May 31, Nhon Nghia Nursery School in Phu Hoi commune was officially inaugurated and handed over by Tin Nghia Company to Nhon Trach district’s People’s Committee on the occasion of the International Children’s Day. Attending the ceremony were Secretary of Ninh Thuan provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Giau, Standing Deputy Secreatary of Dong Nai province Party Committee Le Hong Phuong, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Study Encouragement Association , Huynh Van Binh, the representatives from Ministry of Education and Training (MET), and the leaders of agencies, branches in the district.
The one-floor school is built on an area of 12,700 metres square with total cost of around VND 14 billion funded by Tin Nghia Company. The school with 69 class rooms, equipped with modern teaching aids, will be home to 360 children. In addition, Great Veca Vietnam donated tables, chairs and teaching facilities worth about VND1.5 billion. According to Mr. Do Quoc Anh, Director of Southern Representative Office of MET, Nhon Nghia Nursery School, with total investment up to nearly US$ 1 million, is the most modern one in the country. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chairman Vo Van Mot praised the contributions made by Tin Nghia Company to the education cause. He also expressed his hope that the enterprises doing business in the province will make further contributions to boosting the process of education socialization in Dong Nai.
Tin Nghia company is one of units that have actively participated in social and charitable activities and the movements of “paying debts of gratitude” in the province. During the past ten years, the company donated more than VND11 billion to help poor students, orphans and disabled children …. On this occasion, Vietnam Study Encouragement Association and Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit to Tin Nghia and Great Veca companies.
