* From May 28 to June 1, Committees for Population, Family and Children at 15 communes and towns in Xuan Loc district visited and offered 620 gifts to street children, labor abused children, sexually abused children, disabled and orphan children, outstanding pupils who are children of poor ethnic minority families. Each gift is valued at VND50,000 - VND60,000.
* Vinh Cuu district’s Committees for Population, Family and Children visited and presented 328 gifts worth VND17 million to poor children in the district
* On May 31, the Viet Nam Sponsor Fund for Children in cooperation with ORBIS organization provided free eye check-ups and treatment to poor children.
