(ĐN)- On April 18, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga chaired a meeting to approve the plans to prepare for the 60th anniversary of the Martyrs and Invalids’ Day (July 27). Accordingly, the province will hold a meeting to review the activities of paying debts of gratitude during past 11 years, select and honor exemplary revolutionary families. Besides, it will launch a mobilization campaign among agencies, organizations and individuals across the province to uphold the moral tradition of "when drinking water, remembering its source" and promote the movement of "paying gratitude". The charity performances will be also organized to raise fund "paying gratitude" in order to improve the living standard for policy beneficiaries. The 60th anniversary ceremony will be held solemnly at the provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery.
