(ĐN)- Masses praying for a peaceful life were held at temples in Dong Nai during two days from 3 to 4 January 2007. The temple’s festival falls from 15th to 16th of the eleventh lunar month. The festival is considered religious, praying for a peaceful life and fruitful harvest as well as praying for the martyrs in the afterworld. The festival also includes many cultural activities such as performances of hat boi (classical opera) of the South. The festival received a large number of visitors from Binh Duong province and Ho Chi Minh city.
