VND 100 million VND in presents given to poor people in Dong Nai

(ĐN)- To mark the 76th anniversary of Party’s Mass Mobilisation Day (Oct 15, 1930 – Oct 15, 2006), the Mass Mobilisation Department of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has organized visits and given gifts to poor families in Dong Nai province during 2 days from 14-15 October 2006. On the occasion, the Department has also organized a delegation of doctors and nurses from the Dong Nai General Hospital to visit and provide free medical check-ups and free medication to poor patients in Nhon Trach and Dinh Quan districts. The Mass Mobilisation Department of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has received donations from businesses in the province for a total of gifts worth about VND 100 million. About 900 gifts in total have been donated to poor people throughout the province on this occasion.
