(ĐN) – On July 17, Bui Ngoc Thanh, Head of the Mass Mobilisation Department of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee hosted the delegation of state officials led by Deputy Director of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Khuat Huu Son.
The delegation of Central Mass Mobilisation Commission paid courtesy visits to the provincial Buddhist Sangha leaders. At the meeting, the provincial Buddhist Sangha stressed that Buddhist dignitaries, monks, nuns and followers in Dong Nai province always unite under the motto "Religion-Nation-Socialism" and do good work for both religious and secular lives and actively participate in social and charitable activities. They also expressed thanks to local administrations for their care and for providing favourable conditions for the practice of Buddhism.
The delegation also visited diocese of Xuan Loc district. Bishop Nguyen Chu Trinh was pleased to tell the delegation that the Church here has always enjoyed a good relationship with local authorities and actively encourage Church members to take part in charity activities and effectively contribute to the development of the province. The delegation paid call on Catholic priest Vu Hoang Anh in Trang Bom district and paid a working visit to the Party Committee of Ho Nai 3 commune.
Today, July 18, the delegation holds a working session with the Dong Nai Party Committee.
