(ĐN) – The official groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of historical relic site of former revolutionary base of Bien Hoa provincial Party Committee was held on Friday, February 17 at Suoi Ca hamlet, Binh Son commune, Long Thanh district. The first phase of the project involving 11 items such as epitaph, park area, exhibition area and so on was completed in 2005 on the occasion of the National Day (Sep.2).

The first phase of the project involving 11 items such as
epitaph, park area, exhibition area and so on was completed in 2005 on the occasion of the National Day (Sep.2). The project is now entering its second phase for building a memorial to commemorate battalion D-240, the brave guerilla and Vietnamese heroic mothers.
