The Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Bank (Sacombank) granted scholarships entitled “The germination of a dream” for 40 senior high school‘s students in Dong Nai province at Ngo Quyen High School on November 1.From November 1 until December 5, scholarships of “The germination of a dream” are awarded to 1,050 students from 26 provinces and cities throughout the country. Each scholarship is worth VND 1 million. The recipients are poor outstanding pupils and students from high schools, universities and colleges nationwide.
