Hanh said that following the reorganization of administrative units, Dong Nai has entered a new stage of development with greater development opportunities, a larger economic scale and higher expectations. Alongside continued efforts to strengthen Party building, improve the political system and enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party organizations, the city achieved significant progress across multiple sectors in 2025 and the first half of 2026. The city's economy maintained strong growth momentum, with GRDP expanding by 9.81 percent during the first six months of 2026. Administrative reform and digital transformation recorded notable progress, while healthcare, education and residents' cultural and spiritual well-being also continued to improve.

Hanh noted that to sustain rapid and sustainable development, the CPC’s Executive Board had issued Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU launching a special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign under the theme "Solidarity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthroughs for a civilized and modern Dong Nai" as the city advances together with the nation into a new era. She described the campaign as a concrete effort to advance the patriotic emulation movement in the new period, inspire aspiration to contribute, mobilize the strength of the entire political system and society, and create fresh momentum for achieving the city's development goals.

Emphasizing the need to make emulation movements more substantive and effective, Hanh stressed that the effectiveness of emulation movements should be measured by tangible results, including achieving double-digit economic growth, increasing state budget revenue, accelerating public investment disbursement, improving the investment environment, advancing administrative reform and digital transformation, and continuously enhancing the quality of public services for residents and businesses.

"Emulation must be demonstrated through real people, real work and real results. Every agency should deliver concrete results, every locality should deliver visible improvements, and every official should achieve concrete results through their assigned responsibilities. That is the most practical way for emulation movements to generate momentum for development and contribute to the city's overall achievements," Hanh said.

She called on Party committees and local authorities to further translate patriotic emulation campaigns into concrete actions, measurable targets and practical results, while closely linking them with socio-economic development, Party building, political system strengthening, administrative reform, digital transformation, and improved public services for residents and businesses.
