Promoting pioneering role of Party members in enterprises

Dong Nai is among the leading localities nationwide in attracting investment and developing enterprises. Alongside the strong expansion of production and business activities, the building of Party organizations and the promotion of Party members’ roles within enterprises have become increasingly significant.

Practical observations in enterprises indicate that many Party members have effectively demonstrated their pioneering and exemplary role in emulation movements, contributing to improved production efficiency and fostering a stable and harmonious working environment.

Leading by example

In 2016, Phan Thanh Tu, a young and dedicated worker, was honored to be admitted to the Party by the Party Cell of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Dong Nai province). Since joining the Party, he has always been well aware of his responsibilities as a Party member, continuously improving his professional expertise and demonstrating a high level of commitment in his work. Regardless of his position, he has strived to successfully complete his assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development of the enterprise.

Beyond his exemplary performance in labor and production, Phan Thanh Tu actively participates in Party-building activities at the grassroots. He regularly shares experiences, provides guidance, and helps workers better understand the Party’s ideals and goals, thereby motivating them to strive and contribute. Thanks to his dedication and responsibility, many workers he introduced have been admitted to the Party, becoming a core force in emulation movements within the enterprise.

Promoting the exemplary role of Party members is a key factor. When Party members take the lead in creative labor, technical innovation, discipline, and supporting their colleagues, they become a spiritual anchor for the collective. This is also the most effective way to affirm the Party’s leadership role within enterprises.

Phan Thanh Tu also actively participates in activities organized by the Party cell, Trade Union, Youth Union, and local authorities. Whether in labor emulation campaigns, social welfare initiatives, or community volunteer programs, he always takes the initiative, demonstrating responsibility and the pioneering role of a Party member. Through these contributions, he helps strengthen collective cohesion and spread the spirit of solidarity and mutual support among the workforce.

Hoang Dinh Phan, Business Manager of Yuen Foong Yu Paper Dong Nai Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province), is also a Party member admitted within an enterprise. Joining the Party marks an important milestone in his career and serves as motivation for him to further affirm his role and responsibilities in both work and life. In his current position, he not only fulfills his duties effectively but also actively proposes solutions to improve production and business efficiency.

A core force within enterprises

Le Nhat Truong, Secretary of the Party Cell of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd., noted that the company’s Party cell currently has 83 members, 70% of whom are direct production workers. In recent years, the Party cell has consistently focused on developing Party members to supplement young and qualified resources for the Party, while reinforcing the important role of Party organizations in ensuring stable production and sustainable enterprise development.

Truong added that Party members directly involved in production play a particularly important role. They both directly participate in production and serve as the core force in raising awareness among workers and mobilizing them to comply with the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws. On production lines, Party members consistently set examples in productivity, quality, and discipline. Their exemplary conduct creates a strong ripple effect, contributing to the development of an industrial working style and a heightened sense of responsibility among workers.

At the Party Cell of Global Powersports Manufacturing Incorporation (Giang Dien Industrial Park, Dong Nai province), the Party organization has been increasingly consolidated and strengthened, operating in an orderly and effective manner and receiving consensus and support from the enterprise’s leadership. Duong Cong Khue, a Party member working at the company, shared that through regular meetings, the Party cell promptly captures workers’ concerns and aspirations, thereby proposing appropriate measures to improve their living conditions and protect their legitimate rights. These meetings also serve as a forum for Party members to exchange experiences, enhance political courage, and contribute to building a united and strong collective capable of meeting the demands in the new context.

At Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai province), the Party organization was established in 2002 with only three initial members. After more than two decades of development, it has grown significantly, now comprising seven affiliated Party cells with over 300 members, the majority of whom are workers. Party members at the company consistently uphold a pioneering and exemplary spirit in labor and production, actively improve their skills, and strictly comply with the enterprise’s rules and regulations.

Nguyen Van Hieu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., emphasized that the key to developing the Party within enterprises is to enhance the effectiveness and role of the Party organization, along with strengthening coordination between Party committees and the enterprise’s leadership. In the coming period, expanding Party membership among workers will remain a key task, as a stronger Party membership base will further reinforce the organization’s capacity.

Practical examples of exemplary Party members in enterprises show that promoting their role in Dong Nai not only contributes to building strong Party organizations but also drives sustainable development for both enterprises and the locality. In the current context of deeper international integration and increasing competition, the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members needs to be more clearly demonstrated than ever before.
