The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Plan No. 116/KH-UBND on developing and implementing an index system and operational scenarios to serve the province’s direction and administration in the digital environment.
According to the plan, the province will gradually shift its administrative and management work to the digital environment, applying modern technologies and artificial intelligence to synthesize, analyze, and monitor data. This will support provincial leaders in tracking and evaluating the implementation of the Party and State’s guidelines and policies, directives of the Government and the Prime Minister, as well as local socio-economic development tasks.
The index system will be developed in several groups, including indices for daily administration and monitoring of socio-economic development tasks, indices by sector and field, and indices by specialized and thematic topics. These indices will be integrated into the province’s digital data system to serve the operation of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), creating a data foundation that enables real-time management and decision-making.
At the same time, the province will also develop online operational scenarios across various fields, including disaster and epidemic prevention and control, traffic safety, fire prevention and firefighting, land management, environmental management, tourism, urban order, and business development. Several thematic scenarios applying digital technology and artificial intelligence will also be implemented, including smart traffic monitoring, flood and environmental pollution warning systems, monitoring the progress of key projects, management of OCOP (One Commune One Product) products, and environmental monitoring in industrial parks.
