(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee on October 21 held a conference reviewing 10 years of implementation of Directive No. 01/2005/CT-TTg on tasks regarding Protestantism.

The province has now 25 wings of Protestantism with 19,541 followers; nearly 70 parsons, designated parsons and legal evangelists.
Ten-year implementation of the directive in the province has met the requirements. Departments and localities in Dong Nai have joined efforts to deploy tasks regarding Protestantism in order to meet people’s religious needs. Religious activities have been conducted normally in accordance with the law.
In addition, Protestant dignitaries and followers have been on good terms with local Party organizations, authorities, and actively taken part in the emulation campaigns launched by the province.
