Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee and leaders of People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front were present at the celebration, among other distinguished guests.

At the ceremony, Dinh Quan district’s leader reviewed the locality’s revolutionary tradition and achievements over the 40 years of construction and development.
On this occasion, a wide range of cultural activities have been arranged across the district.
