(ĐN)- Since the beginning of the year, the campaign “Day for the Poor” launched by Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee received active contributions from businesses, organizations and individuals inside and outside the province.
Accordingly, approximately VND42 billion was raised to help local poor people, build 10 charity houses worth 200 million to poor households in Kon Tum province, donate VND100 million to Dak Lak province’s Fund for the Poor.
Over the past time, the campaign “Day for the Poor” has brought happiness to many poor families and won the support from all walks of life.
In the coming time, the provincial Fatherland Front Committee will continue to call on organizations, individuals to join hands in helping the poor.
