(ĐN)- Various activities will be launched to help poor children, especially those in remote areas, on the occasion of Action Month for Children, according to Dong Nai Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Child Care and Protection Bureau.
Particularly, the Bureau will visit and present gifts to children, who received free heart surgery, in Tan Phu and Dinh Quan districts. The Bureau plans to give more than 2,500 gifts each worth more than VND100,000 to poor children in the provincial districts, Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa city.
The Bureau will also coordinate with Good Morning tourist company and Dong Nai newspaper to organize a special tourism program for more than 200 children with difficult circumstances. Accordingly, the children are going to visit
