(ĐN)- Dong Nai has experienced off season rain in some parts like Bien Hoa city, Tan Phu and Vinh Cuu districts since the beginning of March. According to Dong Nai Province’s hydro-meteorological forecasting center, the rain will continue to fall across the province in the next few days, mainly in the northern part of the province. The main cause of the phenomenon is due to the combined effects of tropical low pressure on the East Sea and strengthening cold spell.
The center also further forcasts that the out-of season downpours will drench the province into April due to the effects of the La Niña phenomenon.
