The clinic will provide free medical care to disabled people, single elderly people and the poor. In addtion, the clinic will also offer medical consultation, medical care and support services for people living with HIV and AIDS, drug addicts, online gaming addicts and smoking addicts in the province.
The clinic is open four days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) and is staffed by volunteer doctors, nurses and other personnel.
