(ĐN)- Dong Nai in January solved jobs for 6,478 laborers, a 1.06 percent year-on-year increase, according to Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Particularly, 2,207 laborers were recruited to work at foreign businesses; 750 others recruited by private enterprises; 3,515 laborers got jobs through the province’s social-economic programs; and 6 skilled workers have been sent abroad for further training and working.
In January, 2,679 laid-off workers in Dong Nai registered for unemployment benefits and 1,413 of them are eligible to get paid a total of more than VND5.4 billion.
