(ĐN)- The Ministry of Health will organise Hai Thuong Lan Ong Awards Ceremony to celebrate the 220th aniversary of the dead of well-known physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong which falls on the full moon day of the first lunar month. Two doctors from Dong Nai including Pham Van Long, Director of the Dong Nai Traditional Medicine Hospital and Nguyen Duc Hien, Chairman of the Traditional Medicine Association of Dong Nai province will be among those honored at the awards ceremony. The award is given every two year and it aims to recognise the achievements of those in inheriting, conserving and developing the traditional medicine and pharmacy, combining them with modern medicine and pharmacy in caring for and protecting the people’s health.
